Because the human body floats in water, the pressure on the joints is substantially lessened, and the water's force can have a comparable "massaging" effect on the joints. This course  improves knee protection and ease knee discomfort, does adequate muscular workout, stretching, and parallel training.

人體漂浮在水中,關節所承受的壓力大大減少,水的作用力還可對關節起到類似「按摩」的效果.此課程中進行適當的肌肉鍛鍊,伸展運動和平行訓練,加強對膝關節的保護並能紓緩膝關節痛.
